History of TASHKARUGS

Born of encounters and friendships forged over 30 years as a mountain guide, TASHKARUGS is much more than just a carpet company.
It’s the fruit of an extraordinary collaboration between talented Amazigh weavers and my passion for preserving their heritage.

Over the past two years, we have meticulously crafted a collection of original, authentic and modern rugs, each reflecting the rich cultural tapestry of the Siroua massif and Zat valley. However, our vision goes beyond simple production and marketing.

TASHKARUGS is an initiative that celebrates the artistic genius of Amazigh women, highlighting their mastery of weaving and their ability to transcend traditional boundaries.
